About Me

lynne

I recommend that you take a look at the 5 previous Silverbirds. I use the Birds to talk my way through recovery and the many things that come my way. I started writing when the world looked sweet but since June 2014, my world has exploded and this is how I am staying sane and even alive.

From 2014, my life has not only been Recovery from Addiction but also death of my beloved, a coma and its major after effects and lingering illnesses as well as the complications of being altered in many ways and of life changing in just as many.
